...to provide "sneaky learning" moments for budding entrepreneurs
...to provide growers with a place to highlight their produce
...to give seasoned entrepreneurs a place to share their craft
....to create opportunities for kids to develop an appreciation for "work" (and play)
...to bring people downtown to support the local economy
...to reward hard work, effort and creativity while providing fun experiences for the community
