1)      Pledge of Allegiance and Invocation.

2)      Approval of minutes of previous meeting.

3)      Conduct public hearing on proposed 2011 tax rate.

4)      Consider and take necessary action on proposed hanger rental rates.

5)      Consider and take necessary action on request from Republic Services to increase rates for garbage service.

6)      Consider and take necessary action regarding Public Safety Answering Point funds.

7)      Consider and take necessary action to approve 2012 RAMP grant with the Texas Department of Transportation Aviation Division.

8)      Consider and take necessary action to implement Stage 1 of the City of Levelland Water Conservation Plan.

9)      Consider and take necessary action on Resolution 2010-18 authorizing the submission of a grant application for the 2011 Assistance to Firefighters Grants Program through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency.

10)  Comments by citizens.
