Over a four-day span (April 14-17th), over 3000 athletes, fans, family members and spectators will be on the South Plains.  Levelland will host the Continental Boys & Girls 2010 National Tournament.

Little Dribblers basketball awards 18 championships every year in different age groups.  Tournament brackets are attached.

Events are held in Levelland area gyms.  Hundreds of Hockley County volunteers make this event happen along with a partnership from the Lubbock Sports Authority.  Economic impact will be felt in both Lubbock and Levelland, as many attendees will be over-nighting and dining in both.

Levelland is home to the National Little Dribblers.  The group was formed in 1969 with the purpose to improve the basketball skills of youth in order to improve junior high basketball programs.  The results of the program were seen immediately in the schools (for more information regarding history of organization please visit the Little Dribblers, Inc. website below).
