The Levelland City Council developed the Levelland City Council Strategic Plan as the focus to guide the daily operations of the municipal operations. With the aid of a professional facilitator and input from staff, the City Council looked at the mission and current operations of the City and developed a plan to guide City operations progressively into the twenty-first century.
