Where can I pay my water bill?
There are three options for paying your water bill.
The first option is by Bank Draft.
You'll never have to worry about paying your water bill on time with this convenient service. The plan allows money to be deducted automatically from your checking or savings account approximately 3 days after the date the bill is generated. Sign up for this service is FREE!

The Second option is to mail in your Payment. Simply send a check or money order (no cash) along with your statement in an envelope. Don't forget to put the appropriate postage on your envelope. If you've misplaced our address, the address to send your payment to is:

The third and final option is to drop the payment of in our Night Box.
A Night Box is located at the front of City Hall at 1709 H Avenue. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Payments deposited in this box will be processed at the beginning of the next business day. You may use this service as long as you are not scheduled for disconnection. Payments deposited in the box must include bill remittance slip and your water account number must be written on the check.
