Duties & Responsibilities

The Park Department maintains a professional staff of full-time seasonal employees. The department’s objectives are to maintain and develop facilities, along with planning and implementing a variety of programs and activities for citizens of all ages. There are a total of 12 park facilities each providing service to local Levelland residents.

The Park Department oversees 12 City Parks, the Civic Center, and the City of Levelland Swimming Pool. Each with a soccer fields, football fields, swings, playgrounds for children, and disc golf amenities.
